Dr. Lee’s Eat More Not Less Diet Plan
Sunday, February 27th, 2011Dieting for the best weight loss isn’t always a distressing feature of starving yourself, self-denial or limiting your food. So many people are fat and becoming more so. The simple reasons are that intake of calories far outweighs the calories they burn, and the quality of their food is bad — low in nutrition, high in fat, and containing additives, preservatives, artificial colorings and flavorings with loads of chemicals that are totally foreign.
Fundamental thinking will follow that there are two easy ways to not only lose weight but keep the weight off. Reduce the intake of calories and maximize calorie burn, and also eat higher quality food. Food that has a higher quality is substantially high in nourishment, lower in calories, low in fat content, loaded with enzymes, vitamins, nutrients, anti-oxidants and the phytonutrients that help prevent the onset of serious disease.
If your goal is to drop pounds without constant hunger, you might try to seriously consider these hints. Your nutrition plan should consist of 40% fruits and vegetables. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, but, go easy on the spuds! Veggie and fruit enzymes help to break down your food so food that goes undigested won’t be stored in the body as fat. A periodic raw food diet is great for weight loss. Eat less and decrease consumption of poor quality foods. Eat more high quality foods.
