Water Coolers in the Domestic Space

For those of you who regularly check out Channel 4’s – very unsubtle – Embarrassing Bodies, you might have caught a former episode which highlighted the difficult problem of exaggerated sweating. This issue is of special interest to the Water Delivery Company and its close relation, the Water Cooler Company, because it emphasises the importance of preventing dehydration. Knowing your sweat rate will also be able to give you a fuller idea of how much water you should be taking in, which means you’ll be aware of how often to waddle to the water cooler. Sweating is a necessity as it molds our body temperatures in humid weather, or when exercising, indeed if we didn’t sweat, we’d perish. Interestingly, around 1% of the population sweats excessively at times when they are neither hot nor exercising. This condition is called hyperhidrosis, and those who suffer from it can lose up to four times the standard amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s critical to keep your hydration levels exactly right. Both drinking excessively, or not drinking enough water cancause severe medical problems, and in Britain, it’s the latter that is the most standard problem. Having water coolers in the house could be just what you need, and with the huge range on offer, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
